Transferring Tickets:
If you’d like to transfer your ticket to someone else (or change a ticket), you can do so in your attendee portal. Sign in to the portal with the same email address and password you used to register. You can check out this guide to do this yourself.
Arrival & Parking Info:
When you arrive on Friday at Saint John’s University, Science Lot #1 will be the most convenient location to park (located off of Science Drive). There will be signs directing you to the lot. After parking, you can find the registration desk in the New Science Center (located right next to the lot).
On Saturday, we will be meeting at the College of Saint Benedict Campus (about a 10 minutes drive from Saint John’s). When you arrive, you will head to the Gorecki Center. There is a lot across the street from the building - you may park in any unmarked spot. If this lot is full, you may continue down the road and park in the lot across from the Benedicta Arts Center. Again, we'll have signs directing you to the lots and building.
Parking will be free at each campus. If these directions are confusing, here is a map that provides a detailed view of both campuses. You have the ability to search specific buildings/lots.
Transportation:
If you plan on driving an electric vehicle, there are limited charging stalls available on the Saint John’s campus only. We are allowed to use limited stalls after 6pm on Friday evening. If you plan on using these chargers, please reach out to info@umacs.org to get more information. Please also send your make/model of car and license plate number (as we have to provide this information to SJU ahead of time).
If you need to figure out transportation from the Twin Cities or MSP, there is a shuttle service that runs from the airport to our host campuses.
